Our prices are quoted CIF Abidjan (Cost, Insurance, Freight): they include product cost, insurance and sea freight to the port of Abidjan. Customs clearance and local transport are not included.

Customs clearance is handled by your freight forwarder, on the client side. Arneeb provides all the necessary shipping documents, but does not directly manage customs formalities on arrival.

Yes, every product is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Exact terms (duration, covered parts) are provided with your quote, depending on the products selected.

Each residential unit corresponds to one separately packed kit — the kitchen, sanitary ware, doors, lighting and electrical fittings for that unit travel together, labeled by unit, to simplify receiving and on-site distribution.

Yes, an inspection is carried out before the container is loaded, to verify that the products match the order before they leave the factory.
