How are the products packaged?
Each residential unit corresponds to one separately packed kit — the kitchen, sanitary ware, doors, lighting and electrical fittings for that unit travel together, labeled by unit, to simplify receiving and on-site distribution.
What are the delivery timelines?
Total lead time has two parts: factory production time — which varies with order volume and product mix, and is confirmed in your quote — followed by sea freight, typically 33 to 36 days to the port of Abidjan.
Who handles customs clearance?
Customs clearance is handled by your freight forwarder, on the client side. Arneeb provides all the necessary shipping documents, but does not directly manage customs formalities on arrival.
