The sourcing challenge for a developer
On a program of several dozen units, every finish supplier adds risk: its own timeline, a separate negotiation, quality that varies from one batch to the next. It's one of the reasons a large share of planned residential projects in West Africa fall behind schedule or never get built. Arneeb removes that risk from the chain by consolidating kitchen, sanitary ware, doors, lighting, electrical fittings and security into a single order.

Commercial terms
- Minimum order: 10 units per program
- Payment: 35% on signing, 65% before loading
- Pricing: CIF to the port of your choice — Abidjan, Dakar, Tema, Lomé or Cotonou (products, insurance, sea freight)
- Customs clearance: handled by your freight forwarder
